Really fun dipping oil and the bestest focaccia
Who doesn't like something to dip bread into?...
Yield: about 1 quart of finished “dip”
Ingredients for the dipping oil:
20-25 garlic cloves, peeled (I like to buy already peeled California garlic cloves that can usually be found in the refrigerated sections of the produce department)
