Yield: about 1 quart of finished “dip”

Ingredients for the dipping oil:

20-25 garlic cloves, peeled (I like to buy already peeled California garlic cloves that can usually be found in the refrigerated sections of the produce department)

Enough olive oil to cover the garlic cloves (maybe a couple of cups)

1 lg sprig of rosemary

The peel and juice from one lem…
